Currently, we can only ship within California
All orders will be shipped Monday through Wednesday but will not necessarily ship the day of purchase. Orders placed after 10 am on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. Orders will not be shipped on Thursdays or Fridays unless special arrangements have been made. Delivery is estimated to be 2-3 business days from the actual date of shipment in California. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been picked-up and is in transit. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order through UPS.com. Any changes to your package, once in transit, must be made through UPS My Choice. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. If you have a specific shipping request, please email Wine Club. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Federal law requires an adult signature at time of delivery for ALL alcohol purchases. We are unable to ship wine to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. UPS will not leave packages on a doorstep or with a minor even if requested by the purchaser. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order. We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Club di Vinos members: You can update your shipping address online or email Wine Club.
De Portola Estate Winery will not ship your wine when temperatures reach above 85 degrees or below 35 degrees. Ground orders will ship in a reasonable time when extreme temperatures subside. In the instance you would like your wine to be shipped to an area with high/low temperatures, please email Wine Club. However, we highly discourage customers from shipping during extreme temperatures and will not replace wines damaged by cold or heat.
Undeliverable and Returned Packages
UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before sending it back to De Portola Estate Winery. De Portola Estate Winery is not responsible for additional shipping charges. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. We will then contact you to make arrangements to reship your package. Additional UPS charges will apply when packages are returned, re-rerouted, and/or change of address is requested. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

Returns and Exchanges
We currently do not offer any refund or exchanges on any products. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please email Wine Club with any questions.
